To open an account on sona 101, you must meet the following requirements. These are strictly verified, and any breach may result in immediate account termination.

• You must be at least 18 years old. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and hold a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Each person may only hold one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Sona 101 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access, unless it is proven that the incident was caused by a fault in our system.

Sona 101 currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• No processing fees on deposits.
• Sona 101 is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect number.
• Transactions may be temporarily held for verification if they appear suspicious.

Withdrawing funds from sona 101 is simple and fast. A few conditions apply, as outlined below.

• KYC verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes. Between midnight and 8:00 AM, processing may take up to 2 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Unusually large withdrawals may require additional verification, which can take up to 48 hours.

The following rules apply when betting or playing on sona 101. They exist to ensure a fair environment for everyone.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found within that game's interface.
• If a network issue occurs during betting, the bet may be voided or settled based on the server record.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect result in any game, it will be corrected based on the server logs.
• Sports Betting wagers are settled after the official result is announced. If a match is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• Once confirmed in live betting, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Maximum bet limits are set per game and event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

• Registering with false information or concealing your identity.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
